THE DRUM STUDIO POLICY
Fees and Payment:
• The student, Parent or Guardian covenants to pay for each lesson at the end of each lesson and any fees detailed in this document.
• Payment should be made by cash or cheque.
• Please make your cheque payable to Michael Small.
• A period of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, please telephone the mobile number 07792 485 413, where your message will be timed and dated should no one be available to take your call. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the cost of the lesson will be due in full.
Lesson Scheduling:
• Lesson times are scheduled at the mutual agreement of the teacher and student, subject to the availability of open lesson times.
• Please arrive punctually for lessons, as lessons will be conducted during the negotiated times and will not run over into extra time, if started late.
Rules:
• Children should be supervised in the farmyard at all times.
• Access is not permitted to any areas of the farm other than the farmyard and The Drum Studio by any persons visiting The Drum Studio.
• Visitor toilets are located at the back of the farmyard, please be kind enough to turn the cubical lights off when you leave.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour of their children at all times when they visit The Drum Studio.
• Please note that smoking is not permitted in The Drum Studio
• Free parking is available in the farmyard outside The Drum Studio; please park thoughtfully to avoid blocking the access of others.
This policy may be amended occasionally as needed. Students may be notified of such amendment by letter at least 4 weeks prior to the effective date of the amendments. All these forms of notification shall be considered valid and binding on both parties.
This document contains an agreement between the Teacher and the Student for drum kit tuition, in the instance that the student is under the age of 18, the Parent or Guardian will be expressly responsible for that Student and liable to pay any fees or costs detailed in this agreement. This document also contains the terms and obligations of that agreement. All parties must therefore read the document carefully to ensure that they are happy to proceed on this basis. You will be provided with a copy of the document upon signing.
